A passion for wine
I was born and raised in Burgundy among the vineyards. From an early age, I was able to follow all the stages of winemaking, from working in the vineyard to the cellar for aging the wine. I then began a long apprenticeship in the knowledge of the terroirs by tasting wines from France and around the world. But it’s true, I have a weakness for great Bourgogne wines and I often take a bottle from my native region with me.
My personal and professional travels have also taught me to listen to people and understand how one apprehends a wine according to one’s own culture. I like to share my discoveries, wine is for me a moment of pleasure and exchange. It is also a story in which Nature provides everything necessary to make wine and where it is up to Man to improve on what Nature has given him.”
